Before becoming an attorney, Dr. Dodds spent 28 years in education, 14 of those years serving as a large district school superintendent. Prior to returning to Arizona in 2005, Dr. Dodds worked at a large employment/labor law firm in San Diego, California. He is a highly regarded trial attorney with a proven record of results.
His experience in education helped Dan learn the value of listening, as well as the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and issues when difficult issues arose that needed to be effectively resolved.
